一般情況下,油墨和黏合劑在塑料薄膜錶面的吸附和黏合主要是幕兩者分子間的作用力來實現的。


大多數塑料薄膜包裝材料是典型的非極性高分子材料,其錶面能通常很低,不容易被油墨成若黏合劑所潤濕。


而且許多塑料薄膜錶面光滑、結晶度高,分子處於熱力學的穩定態,油墨或黏合劑分子就更難在其錶面擴散,


從而使油墨、黏合劑等在薄膜錶面的黏附力效果很不理想,在加工聚烯烴等薄膜過程中,為了使薄膜具有較好的開口性、抗靜電、耐老化等性能。


往往要加入一定量的助劑,這些助劑極易析出,並向錶面遷移形成油污,使薄膜錶面形成強度很低的弱錶面層,會對印刷和復合工藝產生不利影響。
