(1) Continuous holographic marking hot stamping is a replacement product of ordinary laser holographic hot stamping technology (which is currently mostly used for non dry adhesive labels). Due to the regular continuous arrangement of holographic markings on electroplated aluminum, several characters or patterns are hot stamped as a whole onto the final product during each hot stamping, and there is no high requirement for hot stamping accuracy. (2) Independent pattern holographic identification hot stamping. In order to achieve better anti-counterfeiting effect in holographic identification hot stamping, most high-end products use independent pattern holographic identification hot stamping, which means that the holographic identification on the electrified aluminum is made into independent trademark patterns, and there are alignment marks next to each pattern. This puts high demands on the functionality and accuracy of the hot stamping equipment, requiring both a positioning recognition system and a positioning hot stamping accuracy of within ± 0.5mm. Otherwise, incomplete or offset trademark pattern hot stamping may occur, thus failing to achieve anti-counterfeiting and increase product added value.
(3) Holographic positioning hot stamping. On the hot stamping equipment, the hologram of a specific part of the holographic anti-counterfeiting hot stamping electroplated aluminum is accurately hot stamped onto a specific position on the hot stamping surface through photoelectric recognition. The holographic positioning hot stamping technology is very difficult, requiring not only high-performance and high-precision specialized positioning hot stamping equipment for printing, but also high-quality specialized positioning hot stamping electrochemical aluminum and alloy. The production process also needs to be strictly controlled in order to produce qualified products with good anti-counterfeiting functions. The requirements for hot stamping technology are very high, and the anti-counterfeiting strength is also very good. It is necessary to ensure that the hologram is accurately hot stamped onto the designated position of the hot stamping surface with high production efficiency, and the positioning accuracy requirement is not less than ± 0.25mm.
