The basic principle of refraction technology in printing factories [Buke printing]
1. A substrate surface with high reflectivity
Refractive technology is applied to substrates with electroplated aluminum or aluminum plating as the surface. The transfer of metallic aluminum to the substrate carrier is the splashing adsorption behavior of aluminum wire melted into gaseous molecules at a high temperature of 1500c under vacuum conditions. The basic properties of the aluminum molecules that have been aggregated onto the surface of the substrate carrier through gasification vacuum spraying have not changed. The mirror aluminum film layer formed by the ordered arrangement and combination of aluminum molecules not only integrates with the substrate carrier, but also becomes a new surface of the substrate with the physical structure of aluminum. This surface has optical properties that can reflect high-intensity metallic luster light color.
2. Generate refracted light with multiple light positions
When using printing plates with different texture patterns to perform ink free embossing on paper with a mirror aluminum film surface, there are subtle concave and convex lines arranged in different directions on the mirror aluminum film. Even if the positions are relatively fixed and unchanged, the texture pattern represented by the fine concave convex lines arranged in different directions newly printed on it not only changes the smoothness of the original mirror surface, but also expands its reflection of light from the same position reflection of a single plane to the reflection of multiple light positions such as front light, front light, left light, right light, top light, foot light, etc. due to the change in surface morphology and expansion of surface area, thus creating a three-dimensional pattern on the overall plane printing. Due to the extremely regular and evenly distributed geometric lines on the printing plate, the patterns are light and fine with varying brightness, resulting in the superposition of refracted light from multiple light positions into a composite refracted strong light. With the change of the composite strong light from the segmented refracted light of multiple light positions or the change of visual angles, the printed products become more dazzling, magnificent, and have a strong sense of three dimensionality, full of dynamism.
Due to the versatile, lifelike, and exquisite features of refractive technology products, they have a good decorative effect. At the same time, the special and difficult to replicate nature of this technology gives it the characteristics of anti-counterfeiting technology, playing an important role in the application of anti-counterfeiting packaging and high-end printed products, and its application scope is gradually expanding
