Compared with traditional hot stamping technology, cold hot stamping technology has many advantages, mainly reflected in the following aspects

(1) No need for specialized hot stamping equipment, saving high equipment investment

(2) General flexographic printing plates can be used instead of expensive metal plate rollers, greatly reducing the production cost of hot stamping plates. The cost of cold stamping is only about 110% of that of ordinary hot stamping. Simultaneously, the plate making speed is fast and the cycle is short, which improves production efficiency

(4) Cold hot stamping speed is fast, with a maximum speed of 50-60 meters per minute, while the general round press hot stamping speed is only 20-30 meters per minute

(5) Not using heating devices saves energy and reduces consumption.

(6) The hot stamping substrate has a wide range of applications and can also be used for hot stamping on thermal sensitive materials, plastic films, and in mold labels.
