The implementation of anti-counterfeiting measures for bottle caps and bottle mouths is an important form of anti-counterfeiting for Baijiu packaging. The commonly used ones are: screw caps, twist off caps (anti-theft caps), easy to open caps, glass ball bottle mouth design, pry top outflow bottle mouth design, etc. Meanwhile, if bottle cap anti-counterfeiting is combined with bottle mouth anti-counterfeiting, special bottle anti-counterfeiting, etc., dual and multiple anti-counterfeiting effects can be achieved

(1) Screw cover anti-counterfeiting. Rotate the bottle cap to a certain degree of tightness to cause deformation of the cap. By controlling the elasticity and deformation, and setting markings, anti-counterfeiting requirements can be achieved. Although this type of screw cap can be resealed, once it is opened, it cannot be restored to its original position. That is, if the set mark is restored to its original position, the tightness and deformation cannot return to their original values. Conversely, if the tightness and deformation return to their original values, the set mark cannot be restored to its original position. Therefore, by observing the tightness, deformation, and set mark of the bottle cap, it is possible to identify whether the bottle has been opened, thus achieving the purpose of anti-counterfeiting.

(2) Twist off the anti-counterfeiting cover. Twisted off caps, also known as anti-theft caps, can be divided into plastic twist off caps and aluminum twist off caps according to different materials. The structural characteristics of twist off caps determine their disposable use. After the bottle is opened, the cap is damaged and cannot be reused. Therefore, it has a certain anti-counterfeiting function.
