針對線條稿原稿,印刷廠如何設置掃描解析度

對於線條稿來說,最基本的質量因素就是自身密度和邊界清晰度的問題,這直接影響到它的質量效果,線條稿的掃描解析度取決於目標軟件或輸出設備。如果掃描後的線條稿仍需用矢量軟件將其描繪為矢量化圖形的,原稿掃描時,掃描解析度設定為最高光學解析度;如果掃描後的線條稿直接輸岀,原稿掃描時,掃描分辨率應與設備輸出解析度相匹配。


掃描解析度=輸出設備解析度×縮放比例


例如:準備使用解析度為600dpi的打印機原大地打印輸出某掃描原稿,這時掃描儀的掃描解析度應該設置為6dpi。影響線條稿掃描質量的因素有縮放比例、輸岀解析度、銳利度、黑白臨界值等。
