請先用觀察法看看掃描儀的電源及線路介面是否已經連接好,系統中USB介面的狀態是否正常?然後確認是否先開啟掃描儀的電源,再啟動計算機,並註意掃描儀是否有自檢,綠色指示燈是否穩定地亮著。

如果掃描儀的指示燈不停地閃爍,表明掃描儀狀態不正常。可以嘗試重新安裝驅動程序。如果發現 Ready(準備)燈不亮,先檢査掃描儀內部燈管。

若發現內部燈管是亮的,可能與室溫有關,解決的辦法是讓掃描儀通電一段時間後關閉掃描儀,一分鐘後再打開它。如果是sCSI介面的掃描儀則還應確保SCSI卡安裝正確,沒有與其他設備發生沖突。
