為了保證製版、印刷和印後加工的順利進行,在製作印刷膠片時都要在膠片上添加各種形狀的規矩線，這種規矩線是印刷生產所必需的。規矩線必須放在印刷紙張的幅面以內,但又必須放置在成品以外或成品上會被粘貼在裡面、折疊在裡面的不影響成品外表美觀的地方,這種規矩線叫規線。

①同一套印版不同色版之間的規線要有良好的幾何精度


②規線的線條要細、直、清晰。

③手工拼貼規線時,要註意使規線的藥膜面能緊貼著PS版的正面曬版,否則會使規線的細線條曬沒了或曬虛了、不清楚,影響印刷和印後加工作業。
