構成塗料的主要成分有顏料、膠黏劑和助劑。膠黏劑在塗料中的作用是使顏料粒子間相互黏結,同時也使塗層與原紙牢固黏結。

構成塗料的主要成分有顏料、膠黏劑和助劑。膠黏劑在塗料中的作用是使顏料粒子間相互黏結,同時也使塗層與原紙牢固黏結。


若黏結不牢固,就會導致印刷問題。若顏料粒子間的黏結不牢,就會發生掉粉掉毛現象,紙粉紙毛過多堆積在橡皮布上,就會使印刷後的圖像不清晰,顆粒變得粗糙;若塗層與原紙黏結不牢,在印刷中就會產生拉毛現象。故要求塗料中的膠黏劑必須足量使用,否則極易導致上述問題的發生。
