油墨細度是指油墨中顏料填充料等的量大顆粒徑以及在連結料中分佈的均勻度。目前,國產膠印油墨細度一般為15~20m,多數油墨生產廠家生產的油墨的細度在15gm以下,但各種輔料的細度一般在20~35m。

油墨細度對膠印印刷的作用

油墨細度是指油墨中顏料填充料等的量大顆粒徑以及在連結料中分佈的均勻度。目前,國產膠印油墨細度一般為15~20m,多數油墨生產廠家生產的油墨的細度在15gm以下,但各種輔料的細度一般在20~35m。

油墨的細度在一定程度上決定了油墨體的流動性和著色強度。對印刷工藝和印刷質量有較大的影響。在印刷過程中油墨的細度會影響圖像的傳遞和清晰度,因為它與印版上的網點面積保持著一定的關系。

油墨的細度越細,則印刷印跡的網點越飽滿,著色力也越強;如果油墨的細度太粗,則容易發生網點發虛、增大、點形不良和不光潔等弊病,而且容易造成毀版、糊版、堆墨(包括堆版、堆橡皮布)等故障,也不利於小網點的完整性。
