膠印是一種間接印刷方法,不同類型的膠印機,雖然輸紙形式或所用紙張類型有所不同,但一般都必須通過供墨、勻墨、著墨等過程,使油墨最終固化結膜於紙張錶面,形成圖文。

印刷廠膠印油墨的具體要求

膠印是一種間接印刷方法,不同類型的膠印機,雖然輸紙形式或所用紙張類型有所不同,但一般都必須通過供墨、勻墨、著墨等過程,使油墨最終固化結膜於紙張錶面,形成圖文。

因此,膠印油墨必須滿足以下三方面的基本要求。


①無論使用何種類型的紙張與機型,所用的膠印油墨都不應有凝聚、膠化、分層、錶面結膜等現象,也不能混入雜質等,以影響印刷作業外觀。


②油墨的色度性質、流變性質、轉移和分離性質,以及墨膜強度等物理性質,都必須與印刷過程的基本條件相適應,以保證其在印刷機上順利地流變、轉移、分離、斷裂,直至固化後顯示顏色、呈現光澤。

③在膠印印刷中,油墨具有的耐酸、耐鹼、耐水、耐溶劑等化學性質,對於保持與潤濕液的水墨平衡,最大限度地抑制油墨乳化,直至固著乾燥都有重要意義。而且,油墨固化成膜後,墨膜的耐光、耐水、耐酸、耐鹼等抗化學藥品的性質,也直接影響印品的使用。因此,膠印油墨必須滿足膠印工藝和印品使用等方面的化學性質要求。
