印刷廠膠印油墨的分類

在平版膠印中膠印油墨主要有以下七種常見的分類方法。


①按顏色分。膠印油墨有彩色油墨和非彩色油墨兩大類。其中彩色類油墨又包括各種系列標準的三原色油墨,如國際通用型美國柯達型、日本及西歐通用型三原色油墨等


②按顏料性質分。膠印油墨有普通顏料(有機和無機)油墨和金屬顏料(銅、鋁等)油墨兩大類。


③按連結料性質分。膠印油墨有油脂型油墨和樹脂型油墨兩大類。其中,樹脂型油墨又分為普通型、亮光型、快固著型和快固亮光型油墨等


④按印刷機類型分。膠印油墨有單張紙膠印油墨和捲筒紙膠印油墨兩大類。


⑤按印刷工藝用途分。膠印油墨有打樣用油墨和印刷用油墨兩大類。


⑥按承印材料性質分。膠印油墨有紙張用油墨和馬口鐵用油墨兩大類。


⑦按油墨固著乾燥形式分。膠印油墨有熱固型油墨和非熱固型油墨兩大類,其中非熱固型油墨又分為氧化聚合型、滲透凝固型等。
