油墨的印刷適性一般地說,就是指用於某一印刷方式的油墨,應具備的適應其工藝和印刷條件(如機型、工作速度、版型、橡皮布、潤濕液、紙張等)的各種必需的性質,使油墨與各相關因素達到適性平衡,以獲得最佳的印刷效果和印刷質量。

油墨的印刷適性是什麽意思

油墨的印刷適性一般地說,就是指用於某一印刷方式的油墨,應具備的適應其工藝和印刷條件(如機型、工作速度、版型、橡皮布、潤濕液、紙張等)的各種必需的性質,使油墨與各相關因素達到適性平衡,以獲得最佳的印刷效果和印刷質量。


1953年國際印刷(協會)研究所第二屆會議,對印刷用墨的適性含義做瞭如下定義:印刷油墨應用於印刷作業後,經過乾燥過程使得到的印刷品能與預期效果完全吻合的性質。故油墨的印刷適性其全部含義是指,其在印刷機上、乾燥過程和印刷質量3方面適性的總和。

在實際印刷研究中,為了簡便起見,通常將其分為工藝技術適性和印刷質量適性兩方面。
