變色油墨在深圳凹版印刷廠的應用

變色油墨在深圳凹版印刷廠的應用

（1）在熱敏變色油墨凹版印刷時，一般應採用175線/釐米


（2）凹印版網穴深度與一般凹印版相同，但不宜用銅版，應鍍鉻層以防止油墨墨色變暗。


（3）可用聚乙烯為內襯或不銹鋼墨槽。


（4）長期使用的刮墨刀的刀鋒應鍍鎳、鉻。印刷面觸及的導輥也應鍍鉻


（5）應使用專用溶劑及稀釋劑進行調墨用，油墨充分攪拌後放入墨槽內，試印觀察色相後才可正式印刷


（6）需冷風乾燥，加熱應適度以免變色性能破壞而不能恢復。


（7）不宜在鋁箔上直接印刷，可在紙及塑料上印刷。
