深圳印刷廠印刷用的膠片感光原理

印刷用膠片通常是銀鹽感光膠片,即我們常說的菲林,由PC/PP/PET/PVC材料製作而成。膠片曝光前通常為黑色或灰色,其一面為藥膜面。在膠片的藥膜面中,即膠片的明膠層中,懸浮著可進行光敏反應的滷化銀顆粒。


膠片經過曝光,膠片明膠層的滷化銀便發生化學反應,形成膠片中的潛影像。再將膠片通過顯影液的顯影處理,膠片則產生明顯的影像。而未曝光部分則通過定影液的處理,隨著水洗而清除去,呈現淺灰色或透明。
