燙印（燙金工藝）存在的問題

燙印可能存在以下問題

(1)燙印硅膠版有很多不同的厚度、硬度,其選擇依燙印對象而定。

例如,塑件上凸起的圖文,其錶面需要燙印,高度約為2mm;但錶面平整度較差,這就要選擇硅膠層厚、硬度較低的燙印版,如膠層厚為5mm、硬度為60~65HA;如果字高只有0.5mm,就不能用上述的硅膠版,而只能選用膠層厚為1.0~1.5mm、硬度為70~75HA的硅膠版。


(2)在燙印生產中,經常有人提出硅膠版使用壽命的問題,因為在使用中平面的硅膠版出現裂紋以至破損。

這里有兩個問題要註意:

一是燙印溫度的控制,溫度不宜過高,原則上是在滿足正常燙印前提下,溫度越低越好;

二是控制燙印的時間,要嚴格把握合適的燙印時間
