印刷廠模切壓痕常見故障二：壓力過大或壓痕鋼線、底模錯位

壓痕鋼線、底模一旦選好,壓力調校便是關鍵的步。實際操作時,模切壓力的整體調校(粗調)是通過機器調節來達到的,而局部調校(微調)則是通過改變刀線上的墊紙厚度來達到的。


當模切機的模壓力一定時,壓痕線的深淺是通過增減壓痕鋼線的墊紙厚度來局部改變相應位置刀線的壓力達到的。生產中壓痕爆線往往只是出現在壓痕線中的某一段,這時,須檢查該段刀線的狀態,若正常,可適當減少相應刀線的墊紙厚度,一般可消除局部的壓痕爆線;若刀具松動或傾斜,則需緊固或更換相應的刀線。此外,若加工時脫落下的紙毛紙粉積聚在底模的壓痕槽中,致使該處的壓力過大而造成壓痕爆線,將底槽清理乾凈即可


底模安裝不當、受壓移位或壓痕鋼線松動、偏移等都會使壓痕鋼線偏離底模線槽的居中位置,從而導致壓痕爆線。其中,底模安裝不當或移位造成的爆線,涉及的範圍較大,容易檢查出來:而鋼線松動導致爆線一般為個別現象,爆線亦通常是短線爆或點爆,且不連續發生,這種質量缺陷較難發現,需要增加抽檢比例,最好是在上版時先檢查刀具再生產
