無墨印刷( Inkless Printing)又稱為無墨壓印,是指印刷時不使用油墨,而是直接採取加熱的、有圖文的印版或通過壓力,在紙張或塑料基片等承印物上空壓印,使承印基片發生定的形變,冷卻後圖文定型,形成無色圖文的一種特種印刷技術

什麽是無墨印刷

無墨印刷( Inkless Printing)又稱為無墨壓印,是指印刷時不使用油墨,而是直接採取加熱的、有圖文的印版或通過壓力,在紙張或塑料基片等承印物上空壓印,使承印基片發生定的形變,冷卻後圖文定型,形成無色圖文的一種特種印刷技術


無墨印刷工藝一般應用在空白區,或根據需要用於有印刷色覆蓋的區域。墨西哥2006年發行的F序列20比索塑料鈔正面右下角的透明窗體上的無墨印刷圖案,該無墨印刷圖案在傾斜紙幣觀察時可以清晰地觀察到。2009年發行的面值1000里爾紙幣正面右側中間位置的無墨印刷,該圖案採用接線印刷的方式由有色印刷變為無墨印刷,在淺色的背景上形成很明顯的浮雕圖案。
