預先塗覆感光層的、可隨時進行曬版的平印版,叫預塗感光平版,簡稱“PS版”。即PS版是將偶氮鹽感光劑等合成感光液,塗布在版材上乾燥,再進行遮光包裝的絕緣感光劑的平版版材偶氮鹽感光劑在照相製版上的應用,開始於1931年的德國。因其製版簡易,只有曬版、顯影、版面後處理等三大步驟,所以其加工工藝非常方便。

什麽叫PS版

預先塗覆感光層的、可隨時進行曬版的平印版,叫預塗感光平版,簡稱“PS版”。即PS版是將偶氮鹽感光劑等合成感光液,塗布在版材上乾燥,再進行遮光包裝的絕緣感光劑的平版版材偶氮鹽感光劑在照相製版上的應用,開始於1931年的德國。因其製版簡易,只有曬版、顯影、版面後處理等三大步驟,所以其加工工藝非常方便。

PS版的材料選擇有以下幾種:


①採用最普遍的是厚度較薄的金屬鋁板


②醋酸纖維素板;


③鋁箔裱合紙板;


④濕潤強力紙面裱以纖維素脂板;


⑤其他類型的纖維紙面塗布以各種塑料物質的纖維素紙板。如使用鋁板時,其錶面大都進行親水性處理,以鋼絲絨形成細微的砂眼,用化學錶面處理方法,給PS版的耐印率提供了有利條件。

Ps版所具備的特點有以下幾點:

①版面用水量小,與一般所採用的平版相比,最省水;


②版面上的親水層比較穩定;


③印品網點清晰,真實感強;


④加工工藝簡單,印版耐印率高。


由於這些版材只能使用一次就要報廢,所以它的成本相對比較高。
