1. Printing size design

When designing the printing size of color pages, the most common size is A4, which is also 210 * 285 millimeters. There are sizes such as 180 * 260 millimeters, 214 * 289 millimeters, and 184 * 264 millimeters. However, it is important to note that in the design of color page printing size, sufficient bleeding size must be left, usually 5 millimeters, in order to reduce cutting time errors and ensure the quality of color page printing.

2. Color design

All colors can only be printed in CMYK colors, RGB or other color disc labels are not allowed to be used. For a two-color system, the total value of the CMYK four colors should not exceed 250, otherwise there will be significant color differences due to slow ink drying speed, resulting in delayed delivery or color sticking. For light color systems, CMYK four-color cannot be less than 8 values, otherwise it cannot be printed. For black text, only K100C0M0Y0 can be used.

3. Image design

In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, we should also pay more attention to the practical value of color pages and prioritize customer needs in color page printing design. In addition, the resolution of the image must be above 350 dpi to ensure that the printed image remains clear. The resolution of images downloaded online is generally only 72 dpi and in RGB color mode. Please note that you have converted CMYK.

4. Text design

When creating files, all text must be converted into a curve, and attention should be paid to whether there are jumpers or overlaps between the lines. If there are white dots between strokes, please "split" them. In addition, when using Photoshop to create text, the resolution should be above 600 dpi to avoid burrs. For black text, please use K 100 color instead of the preset four color black filling in Photoshop, and stack the bottom of the film to avoid white edges.

5. Line design

Draw a line or set the line width of the outer frame, with a minimum value of 0.076mm or above, otherwise printing may not be possible.
