印刷公司印刷機旋轉式遞紙機構的調節內容如下

(1)遞紙牙交接位置的調節。遞紙牙的交接位置調節的好壞直接影響紙張傳遞的準確性。首先調整遞紙牙與壓印滾筒叼牙的交接時間,轉動機器,使遞紙牙旋轉至與壓印滾筒叼牙的交接點,此時遞紙牙還未開牙,壓印滾筒已經叼住紙張,遞紙牙小擺臂靜止不動,槽凸輪小面與擺臂滾子接觸即可。然後再調節遞紙牙取紙時間,轉動機器將遞紙牙擺至遞紙牙台取紙位置

(2)遞紙牙墊的調節。在印刷中,當紙張厚度變化較大時,要調節牙墊的高度。此時只要松開牙墊上兩端的緊固螺釘,轉動牙墊下麵的調整螺絲,再根據紙張厚度變化量用隨機帶的塞規測量牙墊,調整應退回的位置,調好後再固緊螺絲。除了紙張厚度變化需要調整遞紙牙墊外,有時印刷中印品出現甩角情況時,為了彌補紙張的甩角,可調整牙墊中間旋鈕,它帶有標尺的調整螺絲,可知調整量的大小。註意不需要彌補紙張的甩角時,應把調整螺絲調回零位,以防牙墊軸彈性變形而失效。
