印刷公司印刷機遞紙牙在牙臺上停留時間過長(或過短),造成套印不準。原因是:在膠印機操作中,出現印品無規律地縱向套印不準的現象,經檢査未發現定位有問題,再檢査遞紙牙機構時,發現遞紙牙在遞紙牙臺上停留時間過長(或過短),而且有沖擊振動的影響。再加速交給壓印滾筒叼牙時,紙張不平穩,造成印刷時套印不準。

印刷公司印刷機遞紙牙在牙臺上停留時間過長(或過短),造成套印不準。原因是:在膠印機操作中,出現印品無規律地縱向套印不準的現象,經檢査未發現定位有問題,再檢査遞紙牙機構時,發現遞紙牙在遞紙牙臺上停留時間過長(或過短),而且有沖擊振動的影響。再加速交給壓印滾筒叼牙時,紙張不平穩,造成印刷時套印不準。

分析原因是靠塞螺釘頂起太多所致。

排除的方法:調整靠塞螺釘的位置,慢慢轉動機器使遞紙牙擺至前規處,擰動靠塞螺釘,使其靠在定位擺塊上,此時使擺臂驅動凸輪低面與遞紙牙滾子之間留有0.03~0.1mm的間隙,此間隙大則遞紙牙在牙臺上停留時間長(反之則時間短),造成遞紙過程的沖擊振動,使遞紙不穩。調好後,銷緊螺釘以防松回。如果停留時間過短,使交接紙時間過短,同樣會造成套印不準,調整時與上述反向調整即可。
