印務公司遞紙牙在牙臺上閉牙過早,造成套印不準。其原因是:在印刷過程中,有時出現印品套印不準現象,檢查定位部件無問題的情況下,應仔細觀察遞紙牙叼紙情況,會發現紙張經前規定位到側規拉紙還未終止時,遞紙牙已開始閉牙叼紙,造成側規定位拉紙有阻力,使定位不準引起套印不準。

排除的方法：

遞紙牙的開閉是由固定在偏心軸承側面的凸輪控制的。

因此,調節遞紙牙的閉牙時間,即使其晚一點閉牙(側規定位完再閉牙),調整時轉動機器使遞紙牙偏心叼牙和壓印滾筒中心成一直線並垂直於遞紙臺面,遞紙牙前後由靠塞螺釘頂著,這是遞紙牙閉牙叼紙的最佳狀態。

松開閉牙凸塊長孔中的兩螺釘,使凸塊剛與滾子脫開,依靠撐簧使遞紙牙閉牙叼紙即可,調好後緊固螺釘。
