印務公司印刷機遞紙牙叼牙磕碰壓印滾筒前邊口,造成套印不準。其原因是在印刷機的操作中,在印刷的印品上,來去方向出現十字線套印不準。檢查輸紙到達前規時間準確,經過側規定位後也屬於正常。

印務公司印刷機遞紙牙叼牙磕碰壓印滾筒前邊口,造成套印不準。其原因是在印刷機的操作中,在印刷的印品上,來去方向出現十字線套印不準。檢查輸紙到達前規時間準確,經過側規定位後也屬於正常。

再查遞紙牙交接時,遞紙牙片與壓印滾筒前邊口有輕微碰撞現象故出現了套印不準。

在機器出廠時要求,遞紙牙與壓印滾筒交接紙張時,遞紙牙尖距離壓印滾筒前邊口1~1.5mm的距離。印刷過程中出現相碰現象是由於相關部件磨損或損壞的,再檢查遞紙牙擺動凸輪、擺臂滾子,銷子、軸、偏心套均有不同程度的磨損,使臂滾子在遞紙擺動凸輪最低點時有較大間隙,使遞紙牙運動弧線行程縮短,擺不到位,發生滯後現象造成的

排除的方法:

將擺動遞紙牙排擺動凸輪的定位銷卸下,松開緊固螺釘,迫使遞紙牙片距壓印滾筒前邊口1~1.5mm,再開機印刷即可獲得良好效果。
