​印務公司印刷機調節時以壓印滾筒牙墊高度為基準,當機器在“0”位置時,使遞紙牙牙墊與壓印滾筒牙墊的間距以印刷紙張厚度加0.2mm為宜。

印務公司印刷機調節時以壓印滾筒牙墊高度為基準,當機器在“0”位置時,使遞紙牙牙墊與壓印滾筒牙墊的間距以印刷紙張厚度加0.2mm為宜。

可用0.2mm厚度的鋼片平放在滾筒叼牙墊上,再調整遞紙牙牙墊,使它輕靠鋼片,既無間隙又不使鋼片彎曲變形即可。

遞紙牙牙墊調得過高或過低,可使紙邊起皺或破裂。調整遞紙牙牙墊高度時,先松開牙墊軸和擺動架的螺釘,轉動滾花螺母,轉動螺桿(兩邊同時進行),改變牙墊軸的高度(由刻度顯示),當兩邊調節一致時,鎖緊螺釘即可。
