​印務公司印刷機側規定位板與前規定位板不垂直,造成套印不準。其原因是在實際印刷中發現靠機器外端前規方向總是套印不準。點動機器走紙檢查側規定位正確,再檢查側規,發現側規拉紙後,紙張外邊卻拉斜了,所以套印不準,分析可知,側規與前規定位板之間的夾角大於90°,致使前規與側規方向套印不準。

排除的方法:調整側規定位的位置。松開鎖緊螺母,輕輕轉動擋紙板的位置,與兩前規定位板處夾角略小於90°,此時再印刷,套印不準的現象即可消除。
