印跡的牢度指印跡墨層及墨層顏色的穩定性。一般包括印跡在光照下的穩定性、印跡的耐磨性以及與化學品接觸時的穩定性。

印跡的牢度指印跡墨層及墨層顏色的穩定性。一般包括印跡在光照下的穩定性、印跡的耐磨性以及與化學品接觸時的穩定性。

印務公司提高印跡牢度有以下幾種方法

(1)某些產品需要長時間在光照下使用,如戶外廣告,要提高印跡圖文的光學穩定性,使之長時間暴露在光照下不退色,方法有:選用專用的耐曬油墨,或塗覆耐曬的漿料、覆膜

(2)某些產品在使用和生產過程中要經受頻繁的摩擦,必須有足夠的耐磨性。如教材封面、信用卡等。要使印跡具有較好的機械耐磨性,首先要保證印跡不發生粉化現象。

    此外可採用的方法還有:

    對印刷品進行覆膜上光;

    印刷時適當地提高油墨的乾燥速度;

    在印刷油墨中添加適量的抗擦劑。

(3)某些印刷品在使用過程中要跟化學物質接觸,必須具有針對該物質的化學穩定性。採用方法:對印刷品進行覆膜,或採用某些物化性穩定的油墨進行印刷。
