印務公司印刷機經過試運轉後,在投入生產前必須進行全面檢查並調試好機件工作位置及動作的配合關系。

(1)檢查(調節)滾筒中心距和滾筒的平行度。

(2)檢查壓印滾筒叼牙、牙墊,調節叼力大小及平衡。

(3)檢查遞紙牙與壓印滾筒叼牙的交接位置。

(4)檢查遞紙牙在前規處的交接位置。

(5)檢查輸紙鐵台高度及遞紙牙的叼力大小。

(6)檢查壓印滾筒叼牙、遞紙牙、前規和側規之間交接紙張的時間。

(7)檢查(調節)收紙牙排與壓印滾筒叼牙交接位置。

(8)檢查(調節)收紙叼牙力大小與收紙牙放紙位置。

(9)調節水輥與墨輥的接觸壓力。

(10)調節輸紙器。

(11)套印十字線。

(12)試印刷。
