畫冊印刷工廠版面水分過大對捲筒紙印刷有如下影響

(1)在印刷過程中,由於版面水分過大,往往會影響墨色質地、使黑色變成灰淡,無光澤,而所得的印品也就無光彩。在這種情況下,如果增加墨量來彌補墨色深度不夠和無光澤的局面,結果則導致版面墨大、水大,使圖文網點變粗發糊,甚至使印版毀壞。

(2)版面水分過大,容易造成印品乾燥遲緩。由於紙張吸收過多的水分,影響樹脂油墨中的溶劑滲透,減慢油墨乾燥速度,另外由於水大的緣故,相應地增大了藥水中的酸值,而這種酸值對油墨的乾燥有很大的抑製作用,促使油墨乾燥性能減退。

(3)版面水分過大,容易使油墨產生乳化。油墨一旦乳化,會失去黏性,降低印刷性能,造成花版現象

(4)水分過大,紙張纖維吸收很多水分,就會降低紙張的拉力,斷紙現象也就會頻繁出現。
