UV printer is a high-tech full-color digital printing machine that does not require plate making. It is not subject to any material limitations. Color photos can be printed on tiles, background walls, sliding doors, cabinet doors, sliding doors, glass, tablets, various signs, crystals, etc PVC、 Acrylic, metal, plastic, stone, leather and other surfaces do not require one-time printing. It has the characteristics of beautiful color, wear resistance, UV resistance, easy operation, and fast printing of images, fully complying with industrial printing standards. How to use a UV printer correctly to ensure its effectiveness? There are a few things I want to share with you here.

1. Working environment of UV printers
Due to the unique working mode of UV printers, the place where the UV printer must be placed must be flat. Uneven ground can affect the printing effect, slow down the working speed of the nozzle, and thus affect the overall printing speed. Keep the environment clean and prevent dust or foreign objects from entering the interior of the machine. If operated improperly, the internal structure of the machine will be severely damaged.
2. UV printer device
UV printers are high-precision machines manufactured by manufacturers. During transportation, it is not allowed to disassemble or assemble the machine without authorization. Avoid areas with rapid temperature and humidity changes. Avoid direct sunlight, strong light, or high temperatures. The optimal temperature for the device is 20 ℃~25 ℃, and the optimal humidity is 10% ≤ 20%. Place the device near the wall socket to make it easy to insert and remove the plug, avoiding excessive wiring. Power sockets must use sockets with grounding terminals.
3. Proper use of UV printers
Do not move the print head by hand without cutting off the power, otherwise it may damage the limit switch of the print head. Do not suddenly stop during the printing process of the device. If the pattern is found to be misplaced or deviated, pause and reset the origin, and continue printing after ink pressing. Do not dry burn the nozzle when printing, otherwise it will seriously damage the nozzle.
4. Maintenance of UV printers after use
Do not place or place heavy objects on the device, do not cover the ventilation openings of the device with cloth, do not use damaged cables, and do not plug in electronic plugs with wet hands. Do not move the print head by hand without cutting off the power, otherwise it may damage the print head limit switch. Before cleaning the equipment, turn off the power and disconnect the cables. Internal and external UV printers should be cleaned regularly, and do not wait until there is a thick layer of dust. If there is a problem, it should be solved. The exterior of the UV printer can be wiped with a damp soft cloth. Cleaning solution must be a neutral substance, such as water and alcohol containing detergents, and should not be used. The internal part mainly refers to nozzles, ink channel systems, etc. Cleaning these parts requires special cleaning agents and methods. Dry cloth should be used as much as possible to create surface dust. When cleaning important components such as nozzles, it is necessary to follow the manufacturer's instructions or require the manufacturer to clean them after sales.
