Common label printing materials and their characteristics

Dry adhesive printed products are mostly trademarks and stickers, which can be used for multi-color printing, laminating, online die-cutting, automatic waste removal, hot stamping and all other processes. Moreover, the printing speed is fast and produces less waste.

Non dry adhesive label printing products can not only be used as trademarks and barcodes for food and cosmetics, but also as signs and nameplates for special environments such as electronic and mechanical products.

(1) Copperplate paper does not dry adhesive: It has excellent printing reproducibility and low cost, and is commonly used for large-scale bottle and can labels, outer box labels, and color labels.

(2) PVC material does not dry glue: it has good waterproof performance and is not easy to tear. It is commonly used as the outer packaging trademark for products such as shower gel and shampoo.

(3) Xiaoyinlong: With a thick texture and a metallic appearance, it has good oil resistance and stain resistance. It is commonly used as a certification trademark for electronic products and machines, as well as a label for instruments.

(4) Aluminum foil plating: high temperature resistance, good ductility, can be used with steel seals or lead seals, and is often used for labeling boilers and mechanical heating components.

(5) Fluorescent paper: with good color saturation and the characteristic of visible night light, it is often used for night vision sign stickers.

(6) Mold scratch paper: The surface is rough and non reflective, making the handwriting easy to recognize. It is suitable for electronic product labeling, barcode printing, anti-counterfeiting scratch card printing, or warning labels.
