油墨助防劑是對油墨具有預防或減輕某種故障的輔料的統稱。按其加入油墨後所起的作用分,有防黏劑、防晶化劑和防膠化劑等幾種。

油墨助防劑是對油墨具有預防或減輕某種故障的輔料的統稱。按其加入油墨後所起的作用分,有防黏劑、防晶化劑和防膠化劑等幾種。

防黏劑是對具有降低油墨黏性和防止粘臟功能的輔料的統稱。防黏劑為乳白色漿狀膠體,調入油墨中,能降低其黏性,預防印張因堆積而引起粘背、粘臟現象。目前,無成品出售,使用者需自行配製。在生產中習慣將玉米澱粉調入油脂型或普通樹脂型膠印油墨中,作為防黏劑,其用量一般控制在3%以內防晶化劑是對使油墨具有消除墨膜晶化功能的輔料的統稱。防晶化劑為膏狀體,調入第二色墨中,能對第一色墨已晶化的膜面起溶蝕作用,使之利於疊印


目前防晶化劑的品種不多,使用量應控制在10%以內。如果墨膜已晶化,不能疊印時,可疊印透明油或2%的鹼液以溶蝕晶化層。

防膠化劑是對使油墨具有消除膠化功能的輔料的統稱。防膠化劑一般為淡黃色漿狀體,將防膠化劑調入已膠化的油墨中,經研磨後,能消除或減輕墨體膠化現象。
