The principle of trademark anti-counterfeiting packaging design is to use the trademark to play its role in preventing counterfeiting methods and strategies in packaging (or packaging related activities). Trademarks are important industrial property rights, as well as important weapons for participating in market competition, and also an important means to prevent counterfeit goods
The design of a trademark should follow relevant design rules and place the trademark pattern in prominent positions on packaging, product manuals, product promotional data, etc., making it easy for consumers to identify and leave a deep impression. A well-designed trademark should be registered immediately, and only after registration can the trademark be protected by law. After trademark registration, efforts should be made to strengthen the promotion of products and trademarks, increase their visibility, and exert the "trademark effect" to form a good reputation for the trademark.
