如何拼版有利於印刷墨色均勻

如何拼版有利於印刷墨色均勻

①盡可能讓網點版和實地、線條版分開,不拼在同一版面上因為網點版和實地線條版曬版的要求不一樣,同時也便於印刷時墨量控制。

②色相相同的色塊、圖像版盡可能地拼在同一墨區下,便於調節墨量。

③應盡量避免在實地部分或暗調部分的中間有沿著滾筒旋轉方向的細長形狀的空白天窗。

否則易形成印刷上通常所說的“鬼影”,由於印刷機的串墨能力是有限的,順著印刷滾筒旋轉方向的細長形天窗印刷後天窗的上下兩端墨色會變深,嚴重影響印品美觀。

如果這個天窗不在成品形狀之內,可考慮將它補成與周邊相同或相似的網點或實地,或者在可能的情況下將整個圖案旋轉90°擺放。
