如何拼版有利於模切後工序加工

①製作包裝紙盒時,通常都需要對印刷成品進行模切加工。

使用平壓平自動模切機進行模切加工時,需要將靠叼口邊的刀多敲破幾個小口,才能順利地將模切後的成品從機器中拉出,敲破的小口體現在模切後的盒片上是邊緣不光滑,自然會或多或少地影響產品的美觀。所以在拼版時應盡量將紙盒邊緣會被粘住或處在不顯眼部位的那一邊放在叼口邊。


②對於兩拼以上的產品,如果兩拼之間的圖案可以做到無縫連接,應盡量採用一刀切的印後加工方式,不要在中間留下空隙。

因為採用一刀切的方式可以節省紙張、節省製作刀模的費用。且有利於模切後清廢。兩拼之間的圖案如果無法做到無縫連接,或者受到兩個產品形狀的限制,無法做到一刀切,那麽兩個產品之間一般來說至少要留出4mm寬的排刀位置,並且每個產品至少要有2mm的圖案出血。
