紙張印刷前,若吸濕不均,就會出現不規則的捲曲,或因環境太過乾燥而散失水分出現紙張緊邊,均會影響印刷的正常進行,不僅影響輸紙裝置不能正常輸紙,也會導致套印不準確,甚至會使部分紙張出現打皺和印成扇形頁,結果造成大量的紙張浪費和廢品產生。

紙張捲曲變形對印刷的影響

為避免紙張出現影響印刷的捲曲和緊邊情況,需要在車間控制好相對恆定的濕度。經研究發現,車間環境的相對濕度控制在40%~60%,紙張的含水量即可保持在5%~7%,此時的紙張形變較小。
