印刷紙張的緊度分析 ​

同一定量下,緊度大的紙張厚度越小,紙張結構緊密;反之,緊度小的紙張厚度大,紙張結構疏鬆。通常,緊度值低於0.55g/m3的為低緊度紙,在0.55~0.75g/m3的為中緊度紙,高於0.75g/m3的為高緊度紙。

印刷紙張的緊度分析

同一定量下,緊度大的紙張厚度越小,紙張結構緊密;反之,度小的紙張厚度大,紙張結構疏鬆。通常,緊度值低於0.55g/m3的為低緊度紙,在0.55~0.75g/m3的為中緊度紙,高於0.75g/m3的為高緊度紙。


般情況下,紙張的緊度和耐破度、抗張強度成正比,但當緊度增大到一定值時,耐破度又會下降。緊度越大,紙張的吸墨性越小,不透明度越小。因此紙張的緊度要在適合的範圍內般普通膠版紙緊度在0.8g/m3左右,銅版紙緊度在1.25g/m左右

緊度值的倒數為紙張的松厚度,單位為“立方米/克”(m3/g)紙張的緊度越大,其松厚度越小;相反緊度越小,其松厚度越大。常見的輕型紙、純質紙及部分特種紙,其松厚度較大,通常在1.3~1.5m3/g之間,有的甚至能達到1.8m3/g。用這些紙做同樣厚度的書,其手感較其他紙相對較輕。
