什麽是印刷紙張的含水量

所謂紙張的含水量,指的是在一定重量的紙張中,它所含有水分的重量,即紙張的含水量等於紙張中所含水分的重量與紙張總重量的百分比


紙張的含水量是隨著環境溫、濕度的改變而變化的。在相同的環境和溫、濕度的條件下,各種紙張的含水量也是不相同的。這是因為紙張的吸水和脫水能力與其本身的性質、構造和原料等因素有關。


①用木漿製成的紙要比用破布漿製成的紙含水量大。


②紙張的含水能力與其本身所含半纖維素的多少成正比,即紙張中含半纖維素越多,其含水能力就越強。


③紙張的緊度,即緻密程度越高,其含水量就越低。


④紙張的施膠度越高,其含水量越低。


⑤施膠所用材料的憎水性越強,其含水量越低。


⑥紙張的纖維越長,其含水量越低。
