包裝廠家使用膠片的質量標準

對於膠印而言,製成有網點的膠片,其網點中心的密度值應比透明膠片的密度值(片基加灰霧)高2.50。而透明網點中心的透射密度值不得高於透明膠片的密度值(片基加灰霧)0.10以上。透明膠片的密度值(片基加灰霧)應不高於0.15。


膠片上網點不應有明顯的碎裂,網點邊緣寬度不得超過網線寬度的1/40。為使印刷的各色版曝光量一致,各色版的膠片透明密度值差異不應超過0.10。膠片版面應清潔無劃痕、臟跡和摺痕。
