印刷公司如何使用和保存膠片

膠片是印刷製版的母版,使用前應註意檢查是否有摺痕、臟跡及粘連等現象;在曬版製版中,應避免尖銳工具和桌櫃棱角劃傷,並保持膠片正反面乾燥清潔;在傳遞取拿膠片中,應輕拿輕放,對捲曲包裝的膠片勿用重物擠壓其上。

對於使用後的膠片應及時整理保存。對於氣候潮濕的地區,需要用密封袋封裝膠片,並在膠片間分別夾放一張打字紙,避免膠片受潮後相互粘連。整理存放膠片時,確保膠片膜面朝,以防止膠片上的圖文信息被劃傷。膠片存放室應通風排氣避免陽光直射。
