印刷公司模切精度不高的故障和處理

(1)模切版本身有誤差,不能達到理想的模切壓痕效果。
模切版的製作方法主要有手工製版和激光製版兩種,激光製版的精度比較高,設計和切割由計算機和機械完成,適合中高檔包裝的模切;手工製版則對製版者的技術水平要求高,適合精度要求不高的中短版包裝模切



(2)紙板規矩不一。
首先要分清這是在印刷流程還是在模切流程中造成的。模切之前,應先查看印刷品的規矩是否一致,再檢查模切機的輸紙部分、規矩定位部分、收紙鏈條部分的調節是否適當。


(3)模切壓痕與印刷位置套不準。
解決方法是根據產品要求重新校正模切版,也可通過調整紙張輸送側定位規矩或前定位規矩來校正



(4)模切壓痕和印刷的工作環境不同會造成紙張纖維變形,從而造成模切精度不高。
應盡量保證模切壓痕與印刷在同一工作環境中進行,或保證整個工作環境的同性(即相同的溫濕度等)。此外,對上光和覆膜的紙張要進行模切預處理,盡量減小紙張變形對模切精度的影響。
