關於版紋防偽印刷的特點

防偽性能高,仿造難度大

版紋防偽運用豐富變化的矢量線條(非印刷網點)進行防偽設計,運用專色而不是M、YK四色疊印進行印刷,復制困難。
通常對版紋防偽產品的偽造主要採用以下兩種方
式:
一是模仿原件進行仿製設計,
二是利用高精度的掃描儀或電分機進行分色、輸出。
針對
第一種情況,由於版紋是由千變萬化的參數設計出來的,並且能夠進行隨機處理,即使使用相同軟件也難以設計出與原來一模一樣的效果。
而對於第二種情況,由版紋設計系統獲得
的線條作品,在印刷為成品後,其線條的顏色是實地,如果再通過掃描復制該版紋,那麽線條的組成就變成了網點,用放大鏡即可辨別真偽。即使採用超高精度(光學分辨5000dpi)的掃描儀也不能再現圖紋的線條形態

版紋線條精細,能產生豐富的變化,有機地結合在一起,可構成各種美觀的圖形,增加裝飾性,防偽設計醒目,使產品既美觀又可起到防偽作用



成本較低

版紋防偽技術在設計和製版過程中完成,在印刷中實現,基本上沒有任何額外的製作成本,是一種成本低廉且效果很好的防偽技術
