版紋防偽技術最早是一種國際通用的、用於鈔票及有價證券的安全防偽手段,又稱為扭索圖紋( guilloche patterns),它是由一系列復雜、重復的光滑曲線構成的幾何圖形圖案,並通過數學公式或演算法來控制這些曲線的粗細、走向、彎曲程度等外觀效果。

什麽是版紋防偽印刷

版紋防偽技術最早是一種國際通用的、用於鈔票及有價證券的安全防偽手段,又稱為扭索圖紋( guilloche patterns),它是由一系列復雜、重復的光滑曲線構成的幾何圖形圖案,並通過數學公式或演算法來控制這些曲線的粗細、走向、彎曲程度等外觀效果。

隨著防偽產品需求的增大,版紋防偽逐步用於護照、證書、發票、支票等產品的安全防偽,近年來又逐步向包裝領域擴展。

版紋防偽作為一種古老而又行之有效的防偽手段,其產品美觀且仿造難度大,利用各種矢量元素(如極細的線條)或者特殊的元素,構成具有一定規律或沒有規律的圖案和底紋。

其圖案都不是採用印刷網點來表現,而是運用線條等矢量元素,設計成陽圖紋、陰圖紋等多種表現效果,再採用專色實地印刷,從而達到防復制、防掃描的目的。
