所謂印刷色彩對比,即兩個或兩個以上的色彩放在一起,比較出它們清楚可見的差別和相互關系。如果將色彩的對比從時間上加以區分,同時看到色彩對比的現象稱為同時對比,先後看到色彩對比的現象稱為連續對比。

何為印刷色彩對比

所謂印刷色彩對比,即兩個或兩個以上的色彩放在一起,比較出它們清楚可見的差別和相互關系。如果將色彩的對比從時間上加以區分,同時看到色彩對比的現象稱為同時對比,先後看到色彩對比的現象稱為連續對比。

同時對比:兩種相對比的色彩並置,各方都傾向於將對方推向自己補色。例如,同一灰色在紅底上呈綠色,在紫底上呈黃色,在黃底上呈紫色,這就是同時對比的作用產生的現象色彩通過同時對比,常常會失掉它們某些本來的特點,出現一種新的色彩效果。

連續對比:即視覺在時間差上的對比,如先用眼睛凝視黑底上的紅色圓形幾十秒鐘,再迅速地將眼睛移到另一張白紙的中心部位,就會清楚地看到一個綠色的圓形。這就是連續對比產生的現象。連續對比是因為視覺的殘像導致的。它是原像的一種虛影。

在消費產品色彩設計領域里,連續對比的現象愈來愈多地被設計師們加以利用。利用它來加強對視覺傳達的印象或減輕視覺疲勞
