印刷公司串墨輥的串動量不夠,造成縱向深淡不勻的墨路痕跡。其原因是:12108型膠印機,在印刷滿版實地印品時,有時會出現印品上縱向一條深一條淡的墨路痕跡,無論怎樣調節墨鬥微調螺絲,也很難解決問題。
關於印刷公司深淡不勻的墨路痕跡

印刷公司串墨輥的串動量不夠,造成縱向深淡不勻的墨路痕跡。其原因是:12108型膠印機,在印刷滿版實地印品時,有時會出現印品上縱向一條深一條淡的墨路痕跡,無論怎樣調節墨鬥微調螺絲,也很難解決問題。

經過打開機罩檢查發現串墨輥曲柄螺釘有松動,並且軸承有嚴重磨損,使串墨輥串動量減少,墨輥上油墨打不均勻,因此在印刷滿版實地印品時容易反映出來。

排除的方法:對串墨輥的串墨機構逐件檢查,重新校正最大動量,擰緊螺釘。如果連桿梢軸承磨損嚴重,需要進行修理。更換後再開機試印,不勻的墨跡消失,故障則排除。
