印刷公司膠印機著墨輥與串墨輥之間的壓力太小,產生“白杠”。其原因是:膠印機在印刷過程中出現前輕後重的“白杠”,有時在單邊,位置不固定。經檢查分析認為是著墨輥與串墨輥之間壓力調節過輕所致。
印刷公司印刷產生“白杠”的原因是什麽

印刷公司膠印機著墨輥與串墨輥之間的壓力太小,產生“白杠”。其原因是:膠印機在印刷過程中出現前輕後重的“白杠”,有時在單邊,位置不固定。經檢查分析認為是著墨輥與串墨輥之間壓力調節過輕所致。

當著墨輥錶面得不到足夠的油墨來補充時,滯留在墨輥錶面的墨層由於不斷受到潤版液乳化或錶面出現脫墨,使著墨輥失去了上墨作用而產生“白杠”。特別是在最後兩根著墨輥壓力太輕時,印品上更容易出現“白杠”現象。

排除的方法:重新調整著墨輥壓力,使前後四根著墨輥與印版接觸寬度依次為5mm5mm4mm和3m。如果機器使用時間較長,軸承有磨損時,可調為6mm、5mm、5mm和4mm為宜。著墨輥與串墨輥之間的接觸寬度比著墨輥與印版之間的接觸寬度稍大些即可。
