(1)橡皮滾筒軸向竄動量的調節。
印刷裝置各滾筒間採用斜齒輪傳動,必然產生軸向力,這個軸向力將使滾筒產生左右竄動造成套印誤差。因此,在滾筒軸兩端各裝有一個推力軸承,用於承受軸向載荷,軸端裝有鎖緊螺母,進行間隙調節和控制軸向竄動量,保證軸向竄動量在0.03m範圍內。調整時,先將橡皮滾筒向
右推靠緊擰緊然後再鎖緊螺母,倒退1/3圈即可。

(2)壓印滾筒與橡皮滾筒超前量的調節。
壓印滾筒與橡皮滾筒超前量是指壓印滾筒牙尖超過橡皮滾筒前邊口位置的大小,超前量的調節使牙尖不損傷橡皮滾筒上的橡皮布。壓印滾筒與橡皮滾筒超前量為2mm才能保證合壓時壓印滾筒叼牙片的牙尖背面不碰撞橡皮布。調節時,可在牙片尖的背面塗上油墨,轉動一周,如果橡皮布上沒粘上油墨即可。紙張叼口的極限值(叼口寬度)可達7mm。
