印刷公司印版的拉伸變形引起的套印不準。其原因是:膠印機的印版是依靠叼口和拖梢部位兩夾版的拉力緊貼在印版滾筒上的。在上版時,印版在滾筒圓周方向各處所受的張力並不一致,越靠近叼口或拖梢的部位,所受的張力越大,因而拉伸變形也越大,越套印不準。因此有時印品上出現叼口或拖梢部位的套印不準現象。

在上版時,印版在滾筒圓周方向各處所受的張力並不一致,越靠近叼口或拖梢的部位,所受的張力越大,因而拉伸變形也越大,越套印不準。因此有時印品上出現叼口或拖梢部位的套印不準現象。

排除的方法:在裝版時,叼口和拖梢部位拉版力量要均勻合適,防止局部用力過大過猛,這樣即可消除印版的局部變形。
