​印務公司側規壓紙滾輪壓紙力小,造成套印不準。其原因是:印刷中側規調整好以後,壓紙滾輪的壓力一般是不會變化的。那麽為什麽當機器使用一段時間後,側規拉紙力會發生變化,操作中會出現壓紙滾輪壓力變小的現象,因此使拉紙拉不到位引起橫向套印不準,此時再調整調節螺釘,加大壓簧的壓縮程度,以滿足壓紙滾輪對紙張的壓力也不能解決問題。這說明壓簧已經老化,對壓力調節反應不靈敏。
