印務公司側規拉紙滾輪不穩定,造成套印不準。其原因如下:

印務公司海德堡印機經過長時間使用後發現印刷品橫向出現無規律的套印不準。

檢查紙到前規定位時間無誤,側規拉紙有時到位,有時不到位,經分析認為是側規壓紙滾輪的壓力不穩定,當壓力小時就拉紙不到位。

再檢査壓紙滾輪時發現壓紙滾輪的偏心軸有變化,即可發現固定偏心軸的頂絲松動了,此時偏心軸未能固定住偏心軸動,壓紙滾輪下壓紙的力量發生了變化,從而在不穩定的壓力下,紙張有時就不能拉到位,引起套印不準。

排除的方法:調整側規壓紙輪對紙張的壓力,使其大小必須能夠滿足把每張紙都可靠地拉到側規定位板定位。如果壓力過大,會使紙張變形,其結果會使橫向套印不準和損傷紙張錶面。如果壓力太小,一些紙張就會拉不到位。同樣會造成套印不準。調整時當壓紙滾輪壓力合適時,註意堅固偏心軸的固定頂絲。
